During the treatment I use:

  • calming essential oils
  • slow back, neck and shoulder massage
  • targeted acupressure points for stress
  • grounding breathwork
  • heated eye mask for deep relaxation

The Inner Balance Ritual

This is my energy healing ritual. It's a beautiful treatment if you're feeling emotionally heavy, drained or just a little out of balance.

During the session you'll experience:

  • grounding essential oils
  • a full reiki energy healing session
  • crystal placement
  • heated eye mask for deep relaxation
  • an oracle card reading to close the session

It's a very gentle but powerful way to restore balance and reconnect with yourself.

The Glow From Within Ritual

This ritual focuses on the connection between your skin and your nervous system. Stress and tension often show up in the face - tight jaw, dull skin, tired eyes.

During this treatment I use:

  • facial massage
  • lymphatic drainage techniques
  • facial acupressure
  • neck and shoulder tension release 
  • heated eye mask for deep relaxation
  • nourishing facial oils

It leaves your skin brighter and your whole body feeling relaxed and restored.

The Held Ritual 

This is the ritual I recommend most to women who feel like they are constantly holding everything together. Its deeply nurturing and designed to help you slow down and soften.

During the treatment you'll experience:

  • slow back, neck and shoulder massage
  • warm towels and a heated eye mask
  • a deeply relaxing face and scalp massage
