Hi, I’m Natalie — a skin specialist, massage therapist, and crystal jewellery maker. My passion is helping you reconnect with yourself, release stress, and restore balance so you can feel truly well in both body and mind.
My Journey
For years, I battled poor mental health, chronic stress, and burnout. I worked in a toxic environment that left me constantly anxious, exhausted, and running on empty. My nervous system was stuck in survival mode, and no matter what I tried, I couldn’t find the deep calm I craved.
Yoga, journaling, clean eating, long walks — they all helped a little, but I was still restless, sleepless, and disconnected.
Everything changed when I discovered the power of nervous system regulation. Learning how to truly support and reset my body gave me back my balance, energy, and clarity. That transformation inspired me to create Enro Holistics — a space where you can experience that same deep reset.

✨ Reiki facials — The ultimate fusion of skincare and soul care. Starting with a tailored facial and moving into reiki with crystals and a heated eye mask, this treatment calms your nervous system, clears energy blocks, and leaves you radiant inside and out.
✨ Crystal jewellery — My handcrafted bracelets are made with intention, energy, and care. Each piece is designed to support your personal journey, and I also create bespoke pieces if you’d like something unique to your needs.
