My Journey to Holistic Healing

For years, I struggled with poor mental health, chronic stress, and burnout. I was stuck in a toxic work environment that left me feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and constantly on edge. My nervous system was completely dysregulated, and no matter what I tried, I couldn’t seem to find the deep sense of calm I was searching for.

Like many, I turned to yoga, whole foods, breathwork, walking, and journaling—and while they all helped to an extent, I still found myself struggling with insomnia, stress, and emotional exhaustion.

The real turning point in my healing journey came when I discovered the power of nervous system regulation. Understanding how to truly support and regulate my nervous system changed everything. It brought me back to a place of balance and inner peace, and I knew I had to share this with others. This passion led me to create Enro Holistics—a space for holistic well-being, nervous system support, and energy healing.

The Power of Crystals & Energy Healing

Throughout my journey, I also reconnected with my lifelong love of crystals. Ever since childhood, I had felt drawn to them without knowing why. But once I learned to tune into their energy, I realised how powerful they could be in my healing process. 
From this, Enro Jewellery was born—a handcrafted crystal jewellery line infused with intention and energy. Each piece is designed to support your unique journey, and I absolutely love creating bespoke pieces tailored to your specific needs. Not sure which crystals are right for you?
